Article 1 Definitions  Article 2 Applicability  Article 3 Acceptability Of Goods For Carriage  Article 4 Documentation  Article 5 Rates And Charges  Article 6 Shipments In Course Of Carriage  Article 7 Shipper's Right Of Disposition  Article 8 Delivery  Article 9 Pick-Up And Delivery Services  Article 10 Successive Carriers  Article 11 Carrier's Liability  Article 12 Limitations On Claims And Actions  Article 13 Overriding Law  Article 14 Modification And Waiver ARTICLE 13 - OVERRIDING LAW 13.1. Insofar as any provision contained or referred to in the air waybill or shipment record or these conditions may be contrary to mandatory law, government regulations, orders or requirements, such provision shall remain applicable to the extent that it is not overridden thereby. The invalidity of any such provision shall not affect any other part.
